April was amazing to work with! She made the whole leasing process super easy and stress-free. Anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and always super helpful and friendly. You can tell she really cares about the people she’s helping. I felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. If you're looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants to help, April’s your person!

I went to visit The Landmark apartments to look at places for my mother. We had such a great tour guide! We walked with Monique, she was so funny and just so friendly to us and to residents we encountered along the way. She was very knowledgeable about the place and it seemed like she loved being there. My mother ended up not moving so we did not end up leasing. However, if her moving happens in the future we would 100% come back to The Landmark! The apartments are very secure and VERY spacious and in such a convenient location.

April is an amazing leasing agent! 10/10 she makes the Landmark a happier place. Carlton is our maintenance guy and he is great at fixing all of our repairs! Monique the new property manager is also a great addition to the team! We are happy to have these three here!
