Carlton maintenance guy was professional, fun to be around, And quick To solve my issues moving in. Kassandra, the manager was helpful with my myriad of questions and also quick to Answer my questions And explain the process. Very courteous and professional staff

Update: All maintenance requests except one have been resolved and I appreciate them trying to fix things now. Also, the workout room has been cleaned since and I’m forever grateful.

I have been a resident for several years. I recently spoke with the Leasing Agent, Brittney Sanchez, to complain about some long-term, unresolved repair issues. She listened and showed genuine interest and quickly sent a well-worded, professional email to all the building residents addressing my concerns and a few others. I really appreciated her quick response and attention to detail.

The maintenance person quit so just a few glitches but the property manager is on top of everything and very attentive and helpful.

Maintenance
I love living here unfortunately, I found myself locked out of my apartment due to the misplacement of my keys. Frustrated and helpless, I contacted the maintenance after hours despite the late hour, the quick response was amazing. Within no time, maintenance arrived to helped me gain access to my apartment. The level of assistance and support I received was beyond my expectations, and for that, I am truly grateful.
